碳化硅泡沫陶瓷的显微组织与力学性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以α-SiC为原料,Al2O3及SiO2为烧结助剂,采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备SiC泡沫陶瓷,研究了烧结助剂含量及烧结温度对SiC泡沫陶瓷显微组织与性能的影响规律,试验结果表明,在1 450℃、烧结助剂含量的质量分数为30%的条件下制备的SiC泡沫陶瓷显微结构均匀,具有较好的力学性能,抗压强度最高达3.64 MPa。在烧结过程中,所引入的烧结助剂有利于实现液相烧结与降低烧结温度。 SiC foam ceramics were prepared by the Organic foam impregnation method, with a-SiC as starting powder and Al2O3+SiO2 as sintering additives. The effects of content of sintering additive and sintering temperature on microstructures and properties of SiC foam ceramics were investigated. The results show that the SiC foam ceramics with 30 wt% sintering additives, which are sintered at 1 450, have homogeneous microstructures and obtain higher properties, and the highest comprehensive strength is 3.64 MPa. During sintering process, the sintering additive is benefit for realizing liquid-phase sintering mechanism and lowering the sintering temperature.
