Distribution Law of Volatile Heating Values of Power Coal Throughout the World

摘要 为了解煤粉的着火和燃尽特性,按照能量守恒原理,对世界224种典型动力煤的工业分析和收到基低位发热量进行了计算,在煤指数CI和燃料比FR的基础上提出了煤粉的着火指数CIW和燃尽指数FRW.结果表明:当w(Vdaf)<55%时,挥发分质量分数越高,煤粉的着火指数CIW越大,越容易着火;当w(Vdaf)≥55%时,挥发分质量分数越高,CIW越小,煤粉越不容易着火;当w(Vdaf)<10%时,随着w(Vdaf)的降低,煤粉燃尽指数FRW从46提高到600,越难燃尽;不同动力煤挥发分的理论低位发热量QnVe0t不是常数,当w(Vdaf)从5%提高到75%时,挥发分理论低位发热量从43.5MJ/kg降低到13.4MJ/kg;1.0kg煤所含固定碳发热量与所含挥发分发热量的比值随着CIW的增大而减小,随着FRW的增大而增大. To obtain the ignition and burnout characteristics of pulverized coal, the as-received basis net calorific value was calculated for 224 typical kinds of coal all over the world according to the law of energy conservation, while ignition index Cw and burnout index FRW proposed for pulverized coal based on coal in- dex CI and fuel ratio FR. Results show that when the mass fraction of volatile matter (dry ash-free basis) w(Vaa~)~55%, GW improves with increasing w(Vda~), resulting in easy ignition of coal; whereas when w(Va.~)~55%, Clw reduces with increasing w(Vd.f), resulting in hard ignition of coal. When w(Vdaf)% 10%, FRw increases from 46 to 600 with reducing w(Vdaf), indicating a low burnout rate of coal. For dif- ferent kinds of power coal, the theoretical heating value Qnv is not a constant, and when w(Va.f) increases from 5% to 75%, Q.Vt reduces from 43.5 MJ/kg to 13.4 MJ/kg. The heating value ratio of fixed carbon to volatile in 1.0 kg coal increases with reducing Clw and rising FRW.
