摘要
本实验建立了气相色谱-飞行时间质谱(GC-TOFMS)分析杭白菊浸剂挥发性化学成分的方法,鉴定出33种化合物,根据内标物峰面积测定各成份的含量。利用飞行时间质谱所提供的具有精确质量的特征碎片离子峰推测出相应的元素组成,参考谱图检索结果,确认了化合物DL-苹果酸二乙酯的分子结构,并提出裂解途径。本工作对TOF MS应用于天然产物等复杂样品的成分分析有现实意义。
A gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOFMS) method was established for the analysis of volatile compositions of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum extract. In total,33 compounds were identified. The concen- tration of each identified compound was calculated based on the peak area of internal standard. According to the accurate masses of some characteristic fragments and the corresponding elemental compositions, a possible fragmentation pathway of ethyl malate was proposed, by which the chemical structure of ethyl malate was confirmed. The presented work showed that TOF MS can be used in the analysis of natural products and other complex samples.
