黑豆乳清多肽抗皮肤光老化作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以昆明小鼠为对象,研究了黑豆乳清多肽对皮肤光老化的保护作用。试验设空白组(动物不照射紫外线),阳性对照组(脱毛区皮肤涂抹10%Vc溶液),给药大、小剂量组(分别涂乳清多肽含量为15%和5%的乳液),模型组(涂抹蒸馏水)和基质组(涂抹基质乳液)。除空白组外,其余各组小鼠均用长波紫外线照射12周。试验结束后处死动物,取受试部位皮肤进行切片观察和生化指标检测。结果表明,与模型组相比,给药大剂量组动物皮肤中CAT活力水平和HYP含量均显著升高(P<0.01)、单位面积的皮肤质量和MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01),皮肤红斑量和受损程度明显减轻。表明黑豆乳清多肽有抗皮肤光老化的作用。 The objective of this study was to explore the antiaging effects of whey polypeptide from black bean on the skin of Kunming mice. The mice of experimental groups were exposed to longterm ultraviolet for 12 weeks. The experi mental groups were set as follows:the positive control group (applied 10% of the Vc to the back depilatory area skin af ter irradiation) ,the high and low testing groups ( applied 15% and 5% whey polypeptide emulsions to the back depila tory area skin after irradiation) ,the model group (applied distillated water to the back depilatory area skin after irradia tion) and the base material group (applied base material emulsion to the back depilatory area skin after irradiation). The tested parts of the mice skin were used for slice staining observation and biochemical criterion analyzing after mice were executed. The results showed that compared with the model group, the activities of CAT and the contents of HYP of mice skin increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) ,the contents of MDA of mice skin reduced significantly (P 〈 0.01 ), the erythema quantity and damaged level reduced obviously in the high' test groups. Therefore, whey polypeptide from black bean has the protective effect on the mice skin after longterm ultraviolet irradiation.
