摘要
目的分离鉴定覆盆子活性部位的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR)和化学方法鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为邻苯二甲酸丁酯(Ⅰ),对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅱ),没食子酸(Ⅲ),3,7-二羟基-1,5-二氮环辛烷(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ两个化合物为首次从覆盆子中得到。
Objective to isolate and identify the chemical constituents of active constituents from Rubus chingii Hu. Methods various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate the chemical constituents;and their structures on the basis of the spectral data of complexes(IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR) and chemical methods. Results four compounds were isolated from Rubus chingii Hu and their structures were identified as n-butyl o-benzenedicarboxylate(Ⅰ),p-hydoxybenzoic acid(Ⅱ),Gallic acid(Ⅲ),3,7-dihydoxy-1,5-dynitrogen cyclooctane(IV). Conclusion compounds Ⅰand Ⅳ were first time isolated from the Rubus chingii Hu.
