摘要
目的探讨脑脉舒康胶囊对大鼠血瘀合并短暂性脑缺血模型一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。方法采用注射地塞米松复制血瘀模型,模型大鼠脑脉舒康胶囊连续灌服10 d,于第11天给药后1h,结扎大鼠两侧颈总动脉30min,制造大鼠血瘀合并脑缺血模型;检测脑匀浆液NO及NOS的含量。结果脑脉舒康胶囊可以降低模型大鼠脑组织NO及NOS含量。结论脑脉舒康胶囊可以明显抑制NO及NOS的表达,减轻组织结构及功能损伤。
Objective To study the effects of Naomaishukang Capsule on rat stasis model combined transient cerebral ischemia of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase. Methods using injection of dexamethasone to replicate blood stasis model,model rats were fed Naomaishukang Capsule for 10d,on the 11d,after the rats were fed drugs 1h,both sides of the common carotid artery of rats were ligatured for 30 min to make cerebral ischemia model;rat brain tissue was homogenated,nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase content of brain homogenate were measured. Results Naomaishukang Capsule can can reduce the content of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase of model rats. Conclusion Naomaishukang Capsule can significantly refrain the expression of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase,and relieve the damage of issue structure and function greatly.
