二氧化碳超临界萃取法萃取两种不同寄主桑寄生挥发油成分研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析寄主分别为桂花树和相思树的桑寄生挥发油的化学成分。方法采用二氧化碳超临界萃取法(SFE-CO2)提取桑寄生挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析鉴定其化学成分,用面积归一化法确定其相对含量。结果桂花树寄生挥发油分离鉴定25个化合物,占总量的51.23%,主要成分是甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯、香豆素、十五烷等;相思树寄生挥发油分离鉴定11个化合物,占总量的53.94%,主要化学成分是2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、反式薄荷酮等。结论两种不同寄主桑寄生挥发性成分及其相对含量有较大的差异。 Objective To analysis the chemical constituents of the essential oils from the host of the Osmanthus fragrans Lour.and the Acacia confusa Merr.. Methods The essential oils were extracted by SFE-CO2,and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS,and their relative contents were determined by the area normalization. Results The essential oils from the Flos Osmanthi Fragrans′s Parastisu isolated and identified 25 compounds,that composed about 51.23 % of the total essential oils,the principal chemical constituents of the essential oils are methoxy cinnamate,coumarin,pentadecane etc;The essential oils from the Acacia Confusa′s Parastisu isolated and identified 11 compounds,that composed about 53.94% of the total essential oils,the principal chemical constituents of the essential oils are 2,4 di-tert-butyl phenol,antiform menthone etc. Conclusion There are some differences in the principal chemical constituents and contents of the essential oil from the two different host's Taxillus chinensis.
