摘要
目的探讨超声辅助提取臭牡丹中黄酮类化合物的工艺。方法在单因素实验的基础上,利用正交实验法确定超声波辅助提取臭牡丹中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件。结果所考察的因素中,对臭牡丹中黄酮类化合物提取的影响程度为:提取时间>乙醇浓度>提取温度>液料比;最佳提取条件为:超声功率600 W,乙醇浓度为50%,料液比1∶40(g∶ml),超声提取时间40 min,提取温度60℃。在此条件下,提取2次,黄酮类化合物能基本被提取完全,总提取率为2.653%。结论该方法采用超声波辅助强化提取,工艺简单可行,达到省时、高效和节能的目的。
Objective To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids from clerodendrum bungei. Methods On the basis of single-factor experiments,the optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids were investigated with orthogonal experimental design. Results The significance of these factors affecting the flavonoids was in the following order:ultrasonic-assisted extraction time>ethanol concentration>extraction temperature>material-liquid ratio.The optimal parameters were as follows:ultrasonic power for 600 W,ethanol concentration of 50%,material-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g∶ml),ultrasonic time of 40 min,and extraction temperature of 60 ℃.Under the optimal conditions,after two times of extraction the total extraction yield was 2.653%. Conclusion The optimal method is reliable,reasonable and effective.
