摘要
目的考察不同青枯菌菌株在广藿香根表的吸附量与其菌株致病性之间的关系,以及寄主植物根表对青枯菌的吸附特性。方法将致病性不同的广藿香青枯菌HX6,HX2及番茄青枯菌株GIM1.7接种于广藿香组培苗,测定其在广藿香根表的吸附量。结果植株根表对各菌株的吸附量具显著差异(P<0.05),表明根表吸附量与菌株的致病性可能呈正相关,温度30℃,偏酸至中性环境以及较高的菌液浓度有利于青枯菌在寄主植物根表的吸附。结论广藿香根表对青枯菌的吸附是两者的识别过程,而识别程度体现在吸附量的大小上,并受青枯菌的类型以及环境条件的影响,从吸附量所反映的青枯菌的致病性,可以间接的反映广藿香的感病程度。
Objective The work aims to explore the relationship between strain pathogenicity and absorption quantity of different Ralstonia solanacearum strains on the root surface of host plant Pogostemon cablin,and the absorption behavior was also investigated. Methods Test-tube plantlets of P.cablin inoculated with R.solanacearum strains of different pathogenicity,while tomato strains of the bacteria were used as a contrast,and then absorption quantity of Patchouli root surface was detected. Results There were significant differences(P<0.05) of root surface absorption capacity between each strains,which indicated that there was a positive correlation between strain pathogenicity and root surface adsorption.The condition of 30℃,slightly acidic to neutral environment and higher concentration of bacteria were beneficial to the absorption of R.solanacearum on the root surface of host plants. Conclusion The absorption of R.solanacearum strains on the root surface of P.cablin was a identification process between each other,while the extent of identification,which been highly affected by environment,was reflected in the absorption quantity.We could indirectly predict the infection extent of P.cablin through R.solanacearum pathogenicity reflected through absorption quantity.
