中西医结合治疗更年期综合征的疗效评价

Effect treatment of Chinese and Western medicine on climacteric syndrome

目的分析中西医结合治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法以80名更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同随机分为观察组与对照组患者各40例,观察两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后激素水平、不良反应差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后的临床效果明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者接受治疗后的激素水平各项指标值明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组发生血压升高、糖耐量低减、血脂异常、肝功能损害的例数均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗更年期综合征可以有效提高治疗效果,改善患者激素水平,减少不良反应发生。

Objective To study the effect treatment of Chinese and Western medicine on climacteric syndrome. Methods Choosing 80 cases with climacteric syndrome between 2010 May to 2012 May in our hospital as the research object,according to different methods of treatment were randomly divided into the observation and control group with 40 patients each,two groups were observed with therapeutic effect,hormone levels,adverse reaction. Results The patients in the observation group received treatment after the clinical effect is better than the patients in the control group(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group treated with hormone levels after each index value was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);observed incidence of elevated blood pressure,impaired glucose tolerance,dyslipidemia,impaired liver function were significantly significantly smaller than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of menopause syndrome can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improvement in patients with hormone levels,reduce the adverse reaction.
