文章旨在通过系统全面介绍MEDLINE数据库的检索方法,详细描述各种检索方法的适用范围和注意事项,并通过MEDLINE数据库检索的实例,具体说明如何在MEDLINE数据库科学检索针灸的循证医学证据。
The aim of this paper is to introduce the search tips in MEDLINE systematically,analyze the proper application and the do's and don'ts of different search methods and illustrate how to apply advanced search method to acquire evidence-based medicine proofs of acupuncture to optimum.
