浅议大东湖水环境“联、动、和、谐”治理方略 被引量:2

摘要 基于武汉"六湖连通"构建的"大东湖"水网环境综合治理问题,定位"维系大东湖健康生命"的远景目标,通过认真总结江湖水沙关系以及江湖连通物理模型试验和数学模拟结果,依据江湖连通水网环境治理与发展必须遵循人与自然和谐的客观规律,提出大东湖水环境"联、动、和、谐"的综合治理方略。明确指出,连通六湖与长江所构建的大东湖的水环境治理,连通是"基"、联动是"本",大东湖"连通"还必须"联动",江湖连通实施"引江济湖",必须实现"外水多缓送、内水常驱动";长江外援水体入湖必须与大东湖内水高度融合;"长江—东湖—长江"循环水网环境综合治理,引用长江外部水环境驱动湖泊内部环境,必须构建"上下协作、内外贯通"的社会和谐氛围,才能做到"引好水、治好水、排好水"。 Set in the background of Wuhan's integrated environmental management of East Lake's water system constructed by the connection project of six lakes, this thesis presents CCII-I strategy to integrated management of East Lake's water environment for the goal of maintaining East Lake's vitality. CCIH means connection, circulation, integration and harmony. Explicitly, connection and circulation are foundation and essence of management of East Lake's water environment respectively; East Lake system has to be connected as well as circulated. Connection of Yangtze River and six lakes utilizes the river to supplement the lakes. External water should supply slowly and internal water should activate circularly so that they could highly mixed and integrated. Overall management of the circulatory water environment, Yangtze River-East Lake-Yangtze River, has to create the harmonious social atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration so as to import clean water, govern the water well and export clean water.
