国有林场职工生产生活亟待改善——关于我国国有林场职工生产生活状况的调查

The State-owned Forest Farm Workers in Production and Living Needs to Be Improved——Investigation on the Production and Living Conditions of the State-owned Forest Farm Workers in China

2012年中国农林水利工会对河山、江西、山东、广西、甘肃等省区的国有林场职工生产生活状况进行了调研。调研结果显示，国有林场已成为我国区域生态建设的主力军，为维护国土生态安全、培育优质森林资源、示范推广林业先进科技、传播生态文化做出了不可替代的巨大贡献。自身生产生活却陷入贫困落后的严重境地，已经成为整个社会最边缘化和最弱势的群体之一，亟需得到国家政策的支持。建议中央财政重点支持设立国有林场发展林下经济专项资金，增加中央财政国有贫困林场扶贫资金总量。

In 2012 China forestry and water conservancy trade union, made the survey in Jiangxi, Shandong, the rivers and mountains of Guangxi, Gansu and other provinces on the state-owned forest farm workers in produc- tion and living status. The investigation shows that, the state-owned forest farms have become the main force of regional ecological construction in China, has made tremendous contributions can not be replaced in order to safe- guard the national ecological safety, cultivating high-quality forest resources, demonstration and extension of ad- vanced science and technology, communication of forestry ecological culture. Its production life is in serious situa- tion of poverty and backwardness, has become one of the society＇s most marginalized and vulnerable groups, they need to get the support of national policy. The central focus of financial advice to help set up a special fund for economic development of national forest farm forest, increasing the central government state-owned poverty re- lief funds total forest farm.
