阐述了生态和生态文明建设的内涵。认为推动我国生态文明建设，必须从生态建设本身着手，必须从规范人的生态行为着手。而规范人的生态行为文明取决于人的生态意识文明、人的生态道德文明人的生态法治文明。

This paper describes the connotation of ecology and eco-civilization construction. To promote the con struction of eco-civilization in China, we must from ecological construction to itself, and proceed from the ecolog ical human behavior rules. And regulate people＇ s eco-behavior civilization depends on people＇ s ecological con- sciousness civilization, the ecological moral civilization, human ecology, civilization of rule of law.
