University Financing can not be Blindly

资源短缺、成本分担与大学的多元功能及社会对大学的多元需求,使大学筹资既成必要,也具有可行性,故筹资成为大学的一项重要课题。然而,由于筹资目的混乱及筹资经验缺乏,在筹资过程中出现筹资效益不佳,筹资有违办学愿景,破坏学术生态平衡等现象,使大学陷入发展困境,因而大学筹资不可盲目。

The shortage of resources, cost sharing, multivariate function of university, and diverse social needs to university, all these made the university financing be necessary and feasible, therefore, financing has become an important issue in university. However, for the chaos of financing purposes and lack of financing experience, the financing appears the phenomenon of poor efficiency, the financing disobeyed the vision for running a school, destructing the academic ecological balance, which make the development of university be in dilemma, therefore, the university financing can not blindly.
