摘要
高校教师发展在一定程度上决定着高校未来的发展方向。澳大利亚大学教师发展的形成历程虽然只有短短三四十年的时间,但其发展速度和实施成效不容小觑。目前,澳大利亚很多高校已委托学校的人力资源部门,对学校的教职员进行管理,同时一些高校的人力资源部门根据自身的实际情况还设置了大学教师发展中心,为教师发展提供必要的支持和服务。以具有代表性的墨尔本大学教师发展实施机制为案例加以分析,为深化对我国高校教师发展现状的认识提供借鉴。
Universities' teacher development determines the future development of universities to a certain extend. Though the process of teacher development in Australia has only thirty or forty years, the speed of development and the effectiveness can't be ignored. Now, most universities in Australia have commissioned their teacher management to the internal department of human resource, and some universities' department of human resource have set up teacher development center according to each university's individual circumstances to provide support and service for teacher development. The article takes University of Melbourne as an example to study its implementation mechanisms of teacher development, and provide the reference to deepen understanding of the development status in our country.
