阿富汗于2006年通过了2006—2010年教育发展战略规划,该规划对阿富汗各级各类教育现状进行了分析,根据分析结果对国家整体教育提出了一个为期五年的教育规划,并提出具体的相关发展任务和发展目标,从而对阿富汗全国的教育事业提供一个指导性的框架,加大政府力度,改善阿富汗的教育现状,促进教育事业的发展。文章通过对该规划内容的概括和分析,弥补我们教育史上有关阿富汗国家教育文献资料的空白,推动世界教育尤其是贫穷落后地区教育事业的发展。

Strategy Planning of Education Development from 2006 to 2010 in Afghanistan adopted by Afghanistan in 2006, the planning has analyzed the present situation of education at all levels to Afghanistan, put forward a period of five years of education planning of the overall national education according to the results of the analysis, and proposed the related tasks of development and specific development goals, thus that provided a guiding framework of the Afghanistan National Education, increased government efforts, improved the education situation of Afghanistan and promoted the development of education. The article summarizes and analyzes the contents of the planning, makes up for the national education literature blank of the educational history, and pushes the development of world education, especially the education in poor areas.
