摘要
高校人事代理制度自1999年在我国部分高校率先试行以来,经过十余年的发展取得一定的预期效果。作为新生事物,因制度设计不足、高校和人才服务中心执行不力等原因使部分代理人员谈"代"色变,焦虑与不安是当下部分高校人事代理人员真实的内心感受。采用SCL-90症状自评量表对95名高校人事代理人员进行心理健康评定,结果表明,高校人事代理人员身心健康处于正常水平。访谈内容反映出代理人员因在薪酬、职业发展、福利保险等方面与有编制人员相比受到不公平对待,他们正承受一定的心理压力。通过对研究结果进行归因分析,进而得出维护该群体身心健康与和谐发展的有效方法。
Since 1999, the human agency system in colleges and universities trial implements in some colleges and universities in China, and achieved the desired effect after more than ten years development. As a new thing, the human agency staff turns pale at mention of the "agency" for the system design deficiencies, the incompetent execution of universities and talent service center, the anxiety and unease is true feelings some college human agency staff now. We have made a mental health assessment for 95 college human agency staff by SCL--90 self ,rating symptom scale, the results showed that college human agency staff mental health at the normal level. Interview content reflects the agency staff faced the unfair treatment because of the salary, occupation development, welfare insurance compared the officially staff, they are under a certain psychological pressure. By the attribution analysis of the research results, the article draw the effective way to maintain the physical and mental health and harmonious development.
