摘要 空间粒子辐射是导致太阳电池性能退化的主要空间环境因素,空间太阳电池在轨能否可靠工作将直接关系到卫星飞行任务能否顺利完成。通过调研国内外空间太阳电池辐射效应的研究工作,总结分析了常用的太阳电池空间辐射效应评价方法,确定了适合国内空间太阳电池的辐射效应研究方法,以便为太阳阵设计提供相关辐射效应数据,保障航天器用空间太阳电池在轨运行的可靠性。 Space particles radiation is the main environmental factor for the degradation of space solar cell. Whether the sat- ellite mission can complete successfully relate directly to the reliable working of space solar cell on orbit. In this paper, based on investigation of the research works domestic and overseas, common research methods for radiation effects of space solar cell have been summarized and analyzed, and the suitable research methods for space solar cell have been determined, so as to provide the relevant radiation effects data for solar array design and ensure the reliability of space solar cell operation on orbit.
