摘要
结合LAMOST焦面板装配需求,研究并设计了大型工件调测系统。该系统采用摄影测量方法,以精密运动控制平台进行部件调节,并利用激光跟踪仪对系统进行评价。开展了LAMOST光纤定位单元调测实验,实验结果表明,该系统满足LAMOST调测要求,并可用于其他相关大型工件的装配调测。
Combined with the assembly requirement of LAMOST focal plane, the measurement system of large scale workpiece is researched and designed. Photogrammetry is adopted as measurement method in this system, and precision motion control platform is used to adjust the workpiece. The precision is evaluated by the laser tracker system. The adjusting-measuring experiment of LAMOST optical fiber positioning units is carried out. The results show that the system meets the requirements of LAMOST and can be used for other similar large workpiece assembly.
