摘要 针对无线充电系统中,最重要的传能部件发射线圈和接收线圈的制作问题,提出了一种用印制板制作高品质因数的无芯圆形螺旋电感线圈的方法;并搭建了无线充电系统实验平台,实验结果表明电磁感应式无线充电方案是可行的。 Inductor coils are the most important energy transmission components in wireless charging systems and typically exist in pair: a transmitting coil and a receiving coil. A method for manufacturing coreless circular spiral inductor coils on printed circuit board (PCB) is presented, which A wireless charging platform is built to test the performance thereof. Experimental results indicate that the method is of fine feasibility.
