Economics Analysis of the Rural Property Rights System Reform

农村产权制度是农村经济市场的基本契约制度。本文从新制度经济学的视角,对凤冈的农村产权制度改革的动因、法律约束等方面进行了分析,以期为推广该"经验"寻找理论支点。

Rural property right system is the basic system of contract in rural economic market. From the perspec-tive of new institutional economics, this article analyzes the cause and the legal restraint of the reform of rural property right system in Fenggang, in order to find the theoretical support to popularize the experience.
