摘要
[目的]4-醛基-2,2-二氟苯并二噁茂是制备医药和农药的一个重要中间体。[方法]以4-甲基苯并二噁茂为原料,经氯化、氟氯交换、溴化、水解制得4-醛基-2,2-二氟苯并二噁茂。[结果]在优化的条件下,反应总收率为62.3%(以4-甲基苯并二噁茂计),含量为97.2%,其结构经1H NMR,MS分析确认。[结论]该工艺简单经济,条件温和,适合工业化生产。
[Aims] The intermediate 2,2-difluoro-1,3-benzodioxol-4-aldehyde with high purity for synthesizing many medicines and pesticides was prepared. [Methods] 2,2-Difluoro-1,3-benzodioxol-4-aldehyde can be obtained through chlorination fluorination, bromination and hydrolysis reactions using 4-methyl-2,2-dichloro-1,3-benzodioxole as starting material. [Results] The total yield was 62.3% based on 4-methyl-2,2-dichloro-1,3-benzodioxole under the optimized reaction conditions and purity was as high as 97.2%. The structure of the end product was confirmed by ^1H NMR and MS. [Conclusions] This process is simple, warm, and economical, which is very suitable for industrialized production.
