毒死蜱和烯啶虫胺超低容量液剂的研制及其对水稻稻飞虱的防效 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]通过田间药效试验评价毒死蜱和烯啶虫胺混用的超低容量液剂对稻飞虱的防治效果,探讨超低容量喷雾粒径与防治效果的关系。[方法]通过室内溶剂的筛选确定最佳超低容量液剂配方,用配好的制剂通过超低容量喷雾方法进行田间药效试验,并进行喷雾粒径测定。[结果]生物柴油、200#溶剂油(S-200)、吡咯烷酮等可作为超低容量液剂的溶剂,用上述溶剂配制的超低容量液剂,药后1 d的防效为78.5%-90.5%,药后14 d防效仍达到85.6%-91.4%。[结论]超低容量液剂具有较好的速效性和卓越持效性,防治稻飞虱的最佳粒径为20-40μm。 [Aims] To evaluate the field efficacy of ultralow volume liquid mixed with chlorpyrifos and nitenpyram on rice planthopper. Discuss the relationship between particle size and he field efficacy. [Methods] Through the solvent selection to determine the best formulation of ultralow volume liquid, field trials was conducted by using ultralow volume spraying, spray particle size was determinated too. [Results] Biodiesel, S-200, pyrrolidone as preferred solvents of ultralow volume liquid, the ultralow volume liquid prepared by these solvents has good effect, the percentage control against rice planthopper was 78.5-90.5% at the 1st day after application, was achieved 85.6-91.4% after 14th day. [Gonclusions] The ultralow volume liquid showed good availability and long persistence effect. The best spraying particle size of controlling rice planthopper was 20-40μm.
