摘要
马克思恩格斯从国家的起源、国家的本质、"例外情形"和公共权力异化四个方面论述了国家具有相对独立性。新马克思主义者普朗查斯、密利本德和奥菲分别从结构主义、经验主义和韦伯国家观的角度分析了资本主义国家的相对自主性。回归国家学派提出了"国家潜在自主性"概念。新国家主义者提出了"嵌入式国家自主性"概念。国内学者从狭义、广义和综合性层面理解国家自主性。本文通过辨析国内外学者有关国家自主性的涵义,界定了国家自主性的概念,分析了国家自主性的结构,并初步提出了当代中国国家自主性的分析框架。
Marx and Engels discuss the relative independence of state from the origin of state, the nature of state, the ＂exceptional circumstances＂, and the alienation of public authority. The neo-Marxists Miliband, Poulantzas and Offe understand the relative autonomy of capitalist state from structuralism, empiricism and Weber＇s idea of state respectively. The school of ＂Bring the state back in＂ propose the concept of ＂State potential autonomy＂. The neo-nationalists propose the concept of ＂embedded state autonomy＂. Domestic scholars understand state autonomy from narrow, broad and comprehensive level. By discriminating domestic and foreign scholars on the connota- tion of state autonomy, this paper defines the concept of state autonomy, analyzes its structure, and proposes the analytical framework of contemporary Chinese state autonomy initially.
