改性赤泥对养殖废水中氮磷和溶解性有机物的去除效果 被引量:8

摘要 以三联乳业贵阳市乌当区黄家坝奶牛养殖场废水为研究对象,以NH4+-N、TP、COD为评价指标,在静态吸附试验条件下研究铁盐改性赤泥对不同初始质量浓度的养殖废水中氮磷和溶解性有机物的去除效果。结果表明,改性赤泥的吸附性能有所改善,其对养殖废水中不同初始质量浓度的NH4+-N、TP、COD的吸附能力均有提高,最大去除率分别为39.89%、37.49%、85.56%,比未改性赤泥对NH4+-N、TP、COD的去除率平均增加了2.2、2.5、1.2倍。应用改性赤泥来处理养殖废水具有一定的经济可行性。 The paper takes it as the research focus to trace the removing effect of the activated red mud on the n-& p-dissolved organic matters in the farming sewage. In this paper, we have made a detailed discussion on how to use the modified red mud (the red mud modified with molysite) to treat the farming sewage from Wudang Huang dairy farms of Sanlian dairy in Guiyang City, and how to improve the removal rate of NH4+ - N, TP and COD by using the fanning sewage. In our paper, we have also done on the static adsorption experiments (at the temperature of (25 + 1 ) ℃, for a time of 2 h and the rate of oscillation being 120 r/min), to evaluate the removal efficiency of N- & P-dissolved organic matters in the farming sewage with red mud and modified red mud. The results show that the adsorption of modified red mud can be increased based on the XRD patterns of red mud and modified red mud. In the process of our experiments, we have found that the adsorption ability of the modified red mud to the NH4+ - N, TP and COD in the farming sewage have all been enhanced with the different initial concentrations with the structure of the modified red mud being changed, though the red mud and the modified red mud still maintain their own characteristics (the red mud mentioned is composed of small particles and the dispersion with an irregular quadrilateral crystals, with cemented connection based on the porous framework structure without fixed shape). Some fraction of the contents of the modified red mud has increased, with the mud adsorbent surface area being increased at the same time also with hydroxyl iron oxide by the acidification process. The maximum removing rates of modified red mud on NH4+ - N, TP and COD are 39.89%, 37.49% and 85.56%, respectively, while the removal rate of modified red mud on NH4+ - N, TP and COD was found increased by an average of 2.2, 2.5 and 1.2 times in comparison with the red mud. Therefore, it can be concluded that it is beneficial to choose the modified red mud as the adsorption agent to treat the farming sewage, which helps to open up a new avenue for the development of the ecoagriculture as well as the eco-environmental circulation.
