摘要
从高速公路沉降观测要求和现有位移传感器技术出发,合理选用了位移机电转换方式———多圈电位器,研制出软土地基大变形位移计;具体论证了摩擦力对位移计的影响,优化了位移计细节设计,阐述了大变形位移计用于测量软土地基地表沉降和分层沉降的方案。工程应用表明,大变形位移计有效地避免了沉降观测与路基施工相互干扰,降低了测量人员的劳动强度,提高了观测效率,精度满足要求。该位移计理论最大量程达1 625 mm,适合深厚软土、吹填土等地基沉降观测。
Based on the requirements in expressway settlement measurement and the existing displacement sensor technique, a kind of wide-range deformation displacement meter for soft ground foundation is developed with application of an electro-mechanical conversion method--muhiturn potentiometer. The influence of friction on the displacement meter is demonstrated and the detail designing of the displacement meter is optimized. The scheme of applying the displacement meter in measuring ground surface settlement and layered deposition of soft soil foundation is also presented. The project application shows that ( 1 ) the mutual interference between settlement measurement and construction is avoided, labor intensity of measurement personnel is reduced and the effectiveness is improved because of the sufficient accuracy of the displacement meter; (2) theoretically, the maximum range of the displacement meter is as long as 1 625 mm, which is appropriate for measuring settlement of deep soft soil, dredger fill soil and so on.
