无砟轨道路基静压式沉降监测系统及其标定

摘要 无砟轨道路基沉降直接影响工程质量和列车安全、平稳、舒适的运行,严格控制无砟轨道路基沉降,才能保证无砟轨道结构耐久性及行车舒适性和安全性。为此,开发了一套无砟轨道路基沉降监测系统,其原理是利用密闭容器中静止液体的压力差及其变化来监测沉降监测点的沉降。提出了一套采用差动驱动和一元线性回归拟合对数据进行处理的标定方法。试验结果表明,该系统能够测量沉降监测点沉降值,其标定方法满足无砟轨道沉降监测的要求。 Subgrade settlement of ballastless track directly influences the engineering quality and safe, smooth, comfortable running of train, therefore it must be strictly controlled so that the durability of ballastless track structure and the riding comfort and the traffic safety can be ensured. For this reason, a hydrostatic settlement monitoring system used for ballastless track subgrade was developed and introduced in this paper. Its principle is to monitor the changes of the elevation of the settlement monitoring point by observing the pressure difference of static liquid within a sealed container. Using differential motion and unary linear regression, the authors then put forward a set of calibration method for data processing. The experiment results show that this system can measure the settlement value at monitoring point and its calibration method can meet the requirements on settlement monitoring of ballastless track.
