摘要
CRTSⅡ型预埋套管式道岔板适用于高速板式无砟轨道道岔区,具有高平顺性、刚度均匀性好和维修少等优点。结合津秦客运专线工程,探讨CRTSⅡ预埋套管式道岔板的施工工艺,总结道岔板的粗铺及精调、测量、自密实混凝土的灌注等方面的施工经验,满足了板式高速道岔结构高稳定性、高耐久性的要求。
CRTS-Ⅱ turnout slab with embedded casing pipes is appropriate for the turnout area of ballastless slab track of high-speed railway, which has high geometric smoothness, homogeneous rigidity, low maintenance and other advantages. Combined with the project of Tianjin-Qinhuangdao passengerdedicated line, this paper discusses the construction process of CRTS-II turnout slab with embedded casing pipes. Also, the construction experiences such as the rough laying, precise adjustment, measurement, self-compacting concrete pouring and so on are summarized herein. It is concluded that the requirements on high stability and high durability of high-speed slab turnout structure can be met better by using these construction technologies.
