摘要 隧道盾构施工过程中,复杂地层盾构接收最容易发生工程事故。以长沙地铁2号线五一广场站盾构接收施工为例,通过对复杂地层注浆缺陷进行分析和补救措施研究,提出取消端头地层加固,在预埋洞门环时设置3道橡胶止水环,采用研发的内翻式止水帘布实现了盾构安全接收。 During the construction of shield tunnel, accidents are most likely to occur in the process of shield arrival in the complex strata. The project of shield arrival construction of Wuyi Square Station on the Changsha Metro Line 2 was taken as an example herein. Through analysis on grouting defects in complex strata, the remedial measures were researched. Afterwards, instead of strengthening the strata at shield launching/arriving places, three layers of rubber sealing rings were installed when embedding the tunnel portal rings, and self-developed introvert-type water sealing curtain was utilized so that the shield arrival was able to be achieved safely.
