摘要
随着经济的发展,城市化进程也在不断加快。建筑损耗不断增加。在对节能住宅和住宅的寿命进行了系统的分析之后,对于住宅的寿命周期和本论文基于全寿命周期和成本花费做了实际调查。调查后得出了基于价值工程的动态方面,开放的节能建筑全寿命周期费用估算模型,以及对唐山市典型的节能建筑的寿命周期费用进行了实地考察。
In the process of rapid development of China's city, there is a sharp increase of building energy consumption. Saving energy is the inevitable choice that will promote the eontinuouse development of our country. The residential building become the key field of saving energy. In this paper, based on Value Engineering, the optimization of life cycle cost is systematically researched. The conclusions are as follow: First of all, a dynamic and opening life cycle cost estimation model based on Value Engineering is put forward; Secondly, empirical research based on the life cycle cost is carried out in Tangshan City typical energy-efficient buildings.
