摘要
物流地产是随着物流行业的快速发展而产生的,本文通过普洛斯物流地产经营模式的研究,结合黑龙江省"十二五"国民经济和社会发展规划,提出了发展黑龙江省的物流地产的启示。
The logistics real estate is raised with the rapid development of the logistics industry. Through the study on the ProLogis logistics real estate business model, this article, combined with ＂Twelve-Five＂ national economic and social development plan of Heilongjiang province, proposes the inspiration on developing logistics real estate in Heilongjiang province.
