摘要
笔者将工作中的经验与当前我国水利工程建设管理中的实际情况相结合,分析在发展中出现的问题和不足,并针对性地提出一些建议。
The author combines work-experience with the current actual situation of water conservancy project construction and management in China, meanwhile analyzes the problems and insufficiency in development, and puts forward some suggestions targetedly.
