摘要
公路对于经济的发展有着至关重要的作用,在现阶段的经济发展当中,每年都必须在公路的建设和养护方面投入大量的人力、物力、财力。因此,需要对公路养护成本进行科学、合理的控制,从而节约国家资源。本文试图结合笔者多年工作经验,从公路养护成本的核算方法创新入手,谈如何进行公路养护成本控制,与同仁共勉,供决策者借鉴。
The road has a crucial role in the economic development. In economic development at this stage, China must invest a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to road construction and maintenance every year. Therefore, it is necessary to make scientific and rational control to the cost of road maintenance, thereby saving national resources. This paper attempts to combine the author＇ s many years of work experience, and starts from the innovation of road maintenance cost accounting methods to talk about how to carry out road maintenance cost control, sharing views with peers, and for policy-makers reference.
