摘要
以广元嘉陵江双线铁路特大桥钢管混凝土拱桥为实例,该桥为采用"先梁后拱法"施工的下承式拱桥,拱肋采用支架法施工。采用钢管柱支撑汽车吊配合安装钢管拱施工,解决了拱肋吊装工期紧、安全风险大的难题,避免了竖向转体法施工的高风险和高成本,又极大地加快了施工进度。
Double-track Bridge Concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge on Jialing River of Guangyuan as an example, this bridge is through arch bridge with "Beaming before Arching" method, and arch rib with construction of trestle method. To avoid vertical rotating construction of the high risk and high cost, the implementation of construction technology of steel pipe arch installation with steel pile supporting truck solves the problems of tight arch rib hoisting schedule, safety risk, and greatly accelerates the construction schedule.
