摘要
本文旨在研究应届毕业生的人格特质、组织公民行为与离职倾向的影响,并以云南省2010级企业管理专业的硕士毕业生为研究对象,对问卷数据进行相关、回归分析及分层回归分析。验证应届毕业生组织公民行为与离职倾向呈显著负相关,人格特质与离职倾向呈显著负相关,并对应届毕业生组织公民行为与离职倾向间起着加强调节作用。最后根据研究分析对目前的管理实践提出了相关建议。
This paper focuses on the relationship between personality trait, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and personality trait, using the Graduated BA seniors as the research object, on the basis of review and summary on previous studies,through the data analysis,using variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis. There is extremely significant negative correlation between OCB and turnover intension,also personality trait and turnover intension,with the increase of personality trait,the impact of OCB on turnover intention got stronger. Finally, we put forward some constructive suggestions to the enterprises for reference.
