浅析施工企业培训管理

摘要 迈入21世纪,经济的全球化、信息化使得建筑施工企业的市场环境不断发生变革,企业间的竞争也越来越激烈。而企业间的竞争最终还是人才的竞争,人力资源是企业维持持久竞争优势的重要来源。人力资源管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分,不可缺少的一个环节就是人力资源培训,因此企业员工的培训对于企业的长足发展有着举足轻重的作用。本文分析了现阶段国内施工企业人力资源培训的现状,在此基础上提出了将员工培训的重要程度提高到企业发展战略高度,并提出了相应的企业培训管理体系,使施工企业培训任务在系统化、规范化的进程中更加科学有效、有条不紊的进行。 Entering the 21st century, the market environment of construction enterprise has been changing constantly, and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more pierce. However, the competition between enterprises finally is talent competition, and human resources are an important source of enterprises to maintain lasting competitive advantage. Human resources management as an important part of enterprise management, one of the indispensable links is the human resources training, so enterprise staff's training has a pivotal role for the enterprise's long-term development. According to the analysis of the current status of human resources training in domestic construction enterprises, this paper points that the importance of staff training should be raised to the enterprise development strategic height, and puts forward the corresponding enterprise training management system, so that construction enterprise training task can be carride out orderly in the process of systematization and standardization.
