基于DEA的酒店类上市公司经营绩效评价研究

Performance Evaluation Study on Hotel Listed Companies Based on DEA Model

酒店企业是消费潜力巨大、成长性能良好的服务产业,酒店类上市公司是该行业的佼佼者。然而这些上市公司的效益却一直处于下游位置,经营业绩不断下滑。本文基于对酒店类上市公司经营状况的认识,构建了基于DEA的酒店类上市公司经营绩效评价指标体系,运用DEA分析了我国20家酒店类公司的投入产出效率,并得出这些公司的投入产出目标值,为其发展指明了方向。最后针对绩效较低的问题提出了解决建议,为酒店产业发展提供了一定的参考。

As the service industry with tremendous consumpIion potential and good growth performance, hotel listed companies are the leaders of the hotel industry. However, the benefits of these listed companies are always in the downstream position. Operating performance has declined for several times. Based on the understanding of hotel listed companies operating status, this paper constructs operating performance evaluation index system of the hotel listed companies based on DEA, analyzes the input and output efficiency of listed company in our country and works out the target of company＇s input and output. Thus the paper points out the developing direction for these companies. Finally, we propose several solutions for the problem of low performance. These conclusions provide the certain references for development of the hotel industry.
