摘要
为确保高速电气化铁路供电安全性、可靠性,铁道部颁布实施了《高速铁路供电安全检测监测系统(6C系统)总体技术规范》。本文在分析6C系统技术规范的基础上,研究了以6C系统为中心的,结合电气化铁路设计、运营维护、人员培训、弓网全生命周期管理的为一体的高速电气化铁路统一信息流转系统,最终希望为实现高速电气化铁路信息全覆盖、大流通提供参考。
The ministry of railways promulgates "The high speed railways monitor system standard (6C system) for the power supply's security" recently in order to ensure the power security and reliability of the railways. This paper studies a unified information exchange system which combines the railways design, operation, maintenance, staff development and catenary-pantograph lifecycle management information. This unified information system is center with the 6C system. This new system can help the comprehensive information exchange of the electric railway in the high speed railways.
