The Study of the Evolution on the Ecosystem of Vocational Education Quality

在高职教育规模化扩大之后,质量教育成为高职教育的发展核心。人才培养质量的过程相对比较复杂,因此,难以对其进行准确的界定。依据系统科学理论,结合高职教育的定位,从用人单位对毕业生的满意程度入手,从市场整体来分析研究高职教育质量生态系统,对其系统构成,系统各组成部分之间的复杂非线性关系以及系统整体在这种非线性作用下实现的协同进行阐述和研究。

After expanding the scale of higher vocational education, quality education has become the core of higher vocational education. The process of quality personnel training is relatively complex, and therefore, it is difficult to make accurate definition. According to the system theory, combined with the positioning of the vocational education, it is studying with the satisfaction of the employer to graduates. It makes analysis on the ecological system of vocational education quality, such as its system configuration, a complex nonlinear relationship between the various components of the system as well as the overall system in this nonlinear effect to achieve synergistic.
