摘要
采用热色液晶瞬态测量技术测量了涡轮动叶完整带肋通道换热系数分布,通道进口雷诺数范围为:6 000—20 000,出口质量流量分配比为:27%、49%、24%,27%、73%、0%,27%、0%、73%。分析了不同出流比和雷诺数对换热的影响。实验得出:在相同出流比的条件下,三个通道的努塞尔数沿流动方向都是减小的,且三个通道的数值都是右侧的大于左侧的值;当雷诺数相同时,三个出流比条件下,不同出流比对第一、第二通道的努塞尔数分布基本没影响,区别主要是第三通道。
Heat transfer property of turbine blade passage with ribs are investigated used a transient liquid crys- tal technique. The inlet Reynolds number range from 6 000 to 20 000. The outlet discharge ratio is : 27% ,49%, 24% ,27% ,73% ,0% ,27% ,0% ,73%. The influences of outlet discharge ratio and Reynolds number on blade heat transfer are analyzed. The results show that: at the same outlet discharge ratio, the Nusselt numbers of three channels all decrease along the direction of main flow, and the number on the right of channel is bigger than the number on the left of channel. On the condition of the same Reynolds number, with the different outlet discharge ratio, the influences of outlet discharge ratio on heat transfer can hardly care of in the firstpassage and the second passage, but the third passage are affected seriously.
