摘要
为在一套数字化柔性工装上实现多产品装配工作,根据某型飞机前缘襟翼结构特点,对柔性工装定位技术进行研究。采用内定位的装配方式,以骨架外形作为装配基准,以梁、肋的坐标孔为定位基准设计柔性工装,明确工装各组成立柱式三坐标定位单元的定位功能,设计了面向多装配对象的多用途定位器,采用三排平行布局柔性定位方案规划各立柱行程要求,建立DELMIA装配工艺仿真模型,确定柔性工装定位方案。通过实例验证,该柔性工装可完成整套装配对象的装配工作,定位精度与装配精度满足设计要求。
To realize multi-product assembly work in one digital flexible tooling, the locating technology in the flexible tooling was studied based on the structure characteristic of a aircraft's edge flap. Based on body shape and coordinate holes of beam as well as machine rib, the flexible assembly was designed by using internal location assembly methods. The locating function of each column coordinate location unit was confirmed, and the multipurpose localizer oriented to multiple objects was designed. Through locating scheme of the flexible fixture, the travel requirement of each column was planned, and the simulation model of DELMIA assembly was constructed. Thus the flexible locating scheme was proposed. The experiment results showed that the proposed technology could accomplish the assembly work of the whole assembly objects, and the locating precision as well as assembly precision were satisfied for design requirement.
