文化育人具有重大和深远的意义,它主要体现在增强国家文化软实力、维护国家文化安全、文化是教育之根等方面。认识文化育人,要理解文化"有而无在"、"整体性"、"差异性"、"渗透性"等特性,要站在文化的高度,遵循文化的规律,运用文化的方式,探索文化育人的有效途径。

Talents-cultivating by culture is of great profound significance,which could enhance the national cultural soft power,maintain the security of national culture,and embody that culture is the root of education.In order to understand talents-cultivating by culture,the characteristics of ＂being but absence＂,integrity,difference and permeability should be grasped;from the perspective of culture,it puts forward the effective ways of talents-cultivating by culture,following the rules of culture and employing the method of culture.
