摘要 本文是一篇评述,对高性能烧结NdFeB的磁能积理论极限和提高磁能积的途径进行了讨论,并对实际生产中的一项新的关键工艺——“片铸工艺”的工艺原理、过程和结果作了较详细的介绍。“片铸工艺”较现实地解决了严重影响磁能积的几个主要问题,尽快开发相应的生产设备非常必要。 This is a review article to discuss the theoretical limit of energy product for sintered NdFeB magnets and the approach to achieve this limit. It also explains the principle, procedure and results of the 'strip casting process', a new and key process in high performance NdFeB production in detail. Strip casting process practically resolve several major problems that seriously decrease the energy product. It is necessary and urgent to develop equipment for this process.
