摘要
PZST反铁电陶瓷的介电常数在居里温度以上服从居里 -外斯定律 ,居里常量为 10 5 K以上。随着 Ti含量的增加 ,峰值介电常数增大。随着偏置电场的增加 ,峰值介电常数增大 ,居里温度降低。
Above Curie poi nt,the dielectric constant of PZST antif erroelectric ceramics obeys Curie-Weiss Law,Cruie-Weiss constant reachs the orde r of 10 5 K.With Ti content increasing,t he maximum dielectric constant increased ;with DC-bias field increasing,the maxim um dielectric constant increased and Cur ie tempuerature decreased.
