当今社会,文化粗鄙化愈演愈烈,它以粗劣的内容、低俗的格调和煽情的手法展示出负向能力,流布于影视娱乐节目、网络虚拟空间、社会交际活动以及文学创作活动中。文化粗鄙化的原因和背景在于畸形的名利追求、无聊的猎奇心理、过度的文化狂欢、不良的文化遗存等。治理文化粗鄙化,要加强主流观念的引导力,用社会主义核心价值体系规范文化行为;开展健康的群众性文化活动,用喜闻乐见的形式陶冶文化情感;培育文化精神,牢筑抵制文化粗鄙化的心理防堤;构建完善的管理体系,形成有效应对文化粗鄙化的管理机制。

In today’s society,cultural vulgarization has intensified,with poor content,vulgar style and emotional approach showing negative ability,spreading to the studio entertainment programs,the network virtual spaces,and social activities and in literary creations.The reasons and background of cultural vulgarization lie in deformity,fame and boring’s psychological adventure,excessive Cultural Carnival,poor cultural relics etc.To control cultural vulgarization,the guiding force of mainstream ideas must be strengthened,with the socialist core value system regulating cultural behaviors;healthy cultural activities of mass should be hold,with the forms popular and loved by masses cultivating cultural feelings;the cultural spirit should be trained to build up firm psychological resistance boycotting cultural vulgarization;perfect management system should be constructed,to form an effective management mechanism to deal with cultural vulgarization.
