64层螺旋CTA与DSA在颅内外动脉狭窄中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CTA与DSA在脑动脉狭窄的临床应用价值。方法收集临床拟诊为脑梗死或TIA发作的患者152例,进行64层螺旋CTA检查并同时行DSA检查,将CTA与DSA结果相对照,分别计算出颈内动脉开口、基底动脉、大脑中动脉狭窄程度的敏感性和特异性。结果基底动脉狭窄的DSA及CTA的比较敏感度及特异度为73.9%、85.4%;大脑中动脉狭窄CTA及DSA的比较敏感度及特异度为80.7%、83.6%;颈内动脉开口狭窄CTA与DSA的比较敏感度及特异度为94.6%、97.4%。结论 64层螺旋CTA能够清晰地显示脑动脉狭窄的诊断,在某些方面上可替代DSA检查。 Objective To explore the clinical application of 64-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) and DSA in intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis. Methods 152 patients were clinically diagnosed as cerebral infarction or TIA.They were examined by 64S CTA and DSA. The results of CTA were compared with that of DSA. The sensitivity and specificity of CTA and DSA of intracranial and extracranial artery were figured out. Results The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of basilar artery were 73.9% and 85.4%. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of middle cerebral artery were 80.7% and 83.6%. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of internal carotid artery open were 94.6% and 97.4%. Conclusion 64S CTA can demonstrate the changes of intracranial and extracranial artery seenosis. It can replace DSA in certain field.
