摘要
制备了 DR13与 PEK- c组成的主客掺杂聚合物薄膜 DR13/ PEK- c,用 DSC测量了该体系的玻璃化温度 ,测量了体系极化前后的吸收光谱 ,并计算了膜的取向参数 ,用类似简单反射法测量了线性电光系数。并用棱镜耦合法测量了膜的厚度、折射率及波导的传输模式。
The guest-host polymer thin films DR13/PEK- c were pre pared.The glass transition temperature T g of the polymer system was determine d by DSC measurement.The absorbency of t he poled and unpoled film were measured and the orientational order of chromopho res in the polymer films was calculated. The electro-optical coefficient was meas ured by alike simple reflection method.T he thickness and the refractive index of the films were measured by using prism coupler method.
