用火花塞光纤传感器测量发动机的爆震 被引量:1

摘要 应用所研制的火花塞光纤传感测量系统对 BJ492 Q汽油机进行爆震燃烧测量和研究 ,分析了爆震燃烧对火焰光辐射变化的影响。正常燃烧理论空燃比工况时 ,CH(431 .5nm) ,C2 (51 6.5nm)及 H2 O* (588nm)自由基的光强曲线出现双峰值 ,着火延迟期内光辐射为自由基的光辐射。爆震燃烧较强工况 ,只出现一个较大光强峰值 ,主要是碳粒子的热辐射 ,峰值处出现剧烈波动 ,相位提前 ,无自由基光辐射。爆震燃烧较强工况时压力曲线与光强曲线有很好的一致性。火花塞光纤传感器抗干扰好、成本低、工作可靠、光信号强 ,用于爆震燃烧检测是完全可行的。 Measurement and research on combustion knockings of BJ492Q engine with spark plu g optic fiber sensing and measuring system developed by Zhuzhou Spark Plug Insti tute and the influence of combustion knockings on light emission variation of fl ame is analyzed.In normal theoretical A-F ratio conditions,double peaks appear on light intensity curve of CH(431.5nm),C 2(516.5nm) and H 2O *(588nm) radica ls and light emission within the fire delay period is light emission of radicals .Under high intensity conditions,only a single peak appears due to C particle th ermal radiation,acute fluctuation appeared in peak position,phase advance and wi thout radical light radiation.The pressure curve is consistent with the light in tensity curve under the high intensity combustion knocking.The spark optic fiber sensor has the advantages of high anti-interference ability,low cost,operatin g reliability and strong light signal is feasible to applied to combustion knock ing detection.
