The report of the 18th National Congress of CPC proposed to develop a strong socialist culture in China.This paper will analyze the cultural reasons of China’s high share ownership concentration by means of the cultural country differences,and further discusses how to build China’s share ownership culture through the correct values,to educate people and promote the development of capital market.
